We can offer a safe and happy environment, within which every young person can fulfil their learning hopes and aspirations, achieve their career goals and progress on a journey of independence and fulfillment.
Each of our learners have an individual learning plan which takes cognisance of their learning needs and individual support requirements.
Our programmes are designed to help students develop employability skills, gain academic and vocational achievements, develop skills for independent living and most importantly achieve personal development.
We seek to ensure that every day is enjoyable for our learners, that they are learning in a safe environment, that they are establishing meaningful relationships with their peers and staff and that they want to be at Works4U.
It’s important to emphasise that we are not a school or a college and that our teaching and learning experience is not confined to a classroom, but embraces a wide range of learning environments, including work placements, community projects, sports and outdoor activities and leisure and social programmes in addition to centre-based teaching and learning.
We are registered by the Department of Education as:
